Keys to the Heart – A Tribute to Paul Tillotson

The 2025 Eagle Jazz & Blues Fest is set to deliver an unforgettable celebration of music, legacy, and community, highlighted by a heartfelt tribute to one of Idaho’s most beloved jazz pianists, Paul Tillotson.

Join us on Saturday, September 20th, for the festival’s Main Stage Event, Keys to the Heart: A Tribute to Paul Tillotson, at the beautiful Eagle River Ballroom in the Hilton Garden Inn. From 5:00 to 8:30 PM, world-class jazz musicians, including longtime friends and collaborators of Paul, will take the stage to honor his memory with an evening of extraordinary performances filled with the joy, passion, and spirit he brought to the world of jazz.

Paul Tillotson’s influence on the jazz community was profound, and his music continues to inspire artists and fans alike. Keys to the Heart will not only celebrate his legacy but also bring together musicians who shared the stage and deep friendships with him, making this a truly special experience for all in attendance.

The Eagle Jazz & Blues Fest Weekend

While Keys to the Heart is the centerpiece of this year’s festival, jazz lovers will have plenty of opportunities to immerse themselves in outstanding performances throughout the weekend:

- Saturday Kick-Off Concert at the Eagle Market – Start your jazz-filled weekend with an open-air concert in the heart of downtown Eagle. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere and great live music as we launch this year’s festival in style!

- Saturday Night Club Concerts – Following the tribute concert, jazz fans can explore two exclusive club night performances at local venues in Eagle. Details on these intimate and electrifying shows will be announced soon, so stay tuned!

- Gospel Sunday Special Event – As the festival draws to a close, we are working on a soul-stirring Gospel Sunday event at a local church in Eagle. This special performance will bring together the community for an uplifting afternoon of joyful music and inspiration.

Please note: There will be no Friday events this year.
